こんなシステムあったらいいな🕊️

〜臨床研究・倫理審査委員会承認結果構築アルゴリズム使用自動論文化システム〜

医学研究で、研究計画書→研究遂行→結果報告（論文など）の流れにおいて、

その結果を出すまでの労力から、忙しい臨床医の先生方にはどうしてもハードルが高いと感じる！

そこで…、せっかく研究計画書に背景・方法・症例数・評価項目・統計手法が書いてあるので、

その研究実行の許可が降りた時点で、自動的に結果がでるアルゴリズムまで用意しておく（してもらう）。

諸々の課題解決になると考えます。

国や学会承認の基準をひとつ作って、デジタルやAIのちからを駆使して、

A-研究計画書（A-プロトコル）に認証済みアルゴリズムからでてきた《A-コード》を付与してあげることで、

最後のCRF(Case Report Form)が打ちこまれた瞬間に結果・解析・フィギュアが完成☆

研究後にしか分からないDiscussion部分だけ、『Discussion論文』として後日あとづけするスタイル。

そうすることで、

論文発表後の活発で有意義なコミュニケーションに時間を割けるようになると期待！

〜Clinical research & Fair outcome Assurance system〜

In medical research, the process of writing a research plan, conducting the research, and reporting the results (e.g., in a paper) is very difficult for busy clinicians thanks to the effort required to produce!

So…since the background, methods, number of cases, evaluation items, and statistical methods are written in the research plan,

When the permission to conduct the research is granted, we will prepare the algorithm that will automatically generate the results.

・It has been difficult to get the results out to the public right after the study is over(the findings are supposed to be new, but they have been overtaken…).
・ I don’t have much time!
・I am not sure if the statistical method(procedure) is correct… Is there more than one correct answer?

We believe that this system will be a solution to such a variety of problems.

Creating a single national or academic approval standard, and using the power of digital and AI make it possible to assign the appropriate A-code generated from the algorithm to the A-research (protocol).

The results, analysis, and figures are completed the moment the final CRF (Case Report Form) is typed.

Only the discussion part, which is only known after the research, is added at a later date.

Med Gala🍾🪅

こんなイベント開催したいな🎠

〜医学研究のための資金調達ガラパーティ〜

外国では頻繁に行われているチャリティイベント・ガラパーティ。

日本ではまだ馴染みが薄いこともありますが、米国では疾病啓発や治療の研究のためのガラパーティで、一晩で数十億寄付が集まることもあるよう。

今回のビジョンでは、医学の研究を振興するガラパーティを開きたい！医学×MICEのイメージ。

※MICE; Meeting, Incentive Travel, Convention, Exhibition/Event

そもそも、医療従事者だけでなく、多くの人に医学研究の素晴らしさや将来性を感じていただきたい。

そして、そのために、会場での催しには、

等盛りだくさんのコンテンツを含む。

Med Galaに参加することが社会的ステータスになるようなブランディングができれば◎。

医学系の学会や展示会にエンターテイメント性、ラグジュアリー感をスパイスで足したイメージ！

万博やオリンピックのミニマムバージョン（の代わりに毎年）を想定。

前作『Med Guild』にも繋がる、新しいエコシステムができたらな。

　

　

〜Fundraising Gala for Medical Research〜

I would love to host such an event 🎠.

Charity events/gala parties are frequently held in foreign countries.

In Japan, it is sometimes still unfamiliar, but in the U.S., gala parties for disease awareness and treatment research can raise billions of dollars in donations in one night.

In this vision, we would like to hold a gala party to promote medical research! Image of Medicine x MICE.

In the first place, we want not only medical professionals but also many people to feel the excellence and potential of medical research.

To this end, we would like to manage the Med Gala like this…

, and much more.

It would be great if we could brand “Med Gala” in such a way that participation in the event would feel a high social status.

Spice up medical conferences and exhibitions with a touch of entertainment and luxury!

We want to hold the Med Gala every year thanks to mini version of the Expo or the Olympics.

I hope we can create a new ecosystem that connects to the previous “Med Guild” as well.

こんな仕組みがあったらな🌷

〜エビデンス創出・プロボノ有志の会〜

『Med Guild』に政府が推し進めたいヘルスプロモーション戦略の案件が掲示され、

報酬と期間、必要なパーティを考慮して、

請け負えるMissionを冒険者（医者たち）がPick Upする！

肥満予防だったり、認知症予防だったり、

たくさん取り組みたい課題、しっかりとエビデンスを出さなくてはいけない課題がある中で、

『Med Guild』に集まったみんなで協力してMissionを遂行する。

ポイントは、

臨床研究の倫理委員会はUniversityとコラボしちゃったり、

プロモーションアプローチを受ける側の志願者も募っちゃったり、

世間がヘルスプロモーションを認知してくれるきっかけづくりにも役立てたい。

みんなが楽しく取り組むことで、地球がちょっぴり健康になったら嬉しい🕊️

〜The Medical Association of Evidence Generation and Pro Bono Volunteers 〜

The “Med Guild” will post the health promotion strategy projects that the government wants to promote,

and the adventurers (doctors) pick up the missions that they can undertake,

taking into consideration the reward, duration, and parties required!

It could be obesity prevention, dementia prevention, etc,

There are many issues to be tackled, and many issues that need to be evidenced,

The point is …

We can collaborate with universities for Ethics committees for clinical research

and also invites applicants to participate in the promotion approach,

We would like to use this as a catalyst for public awareness of health promotion.

We would be happy if we can make the earth a little healthier by making it fun for everyone to work on. 🕊️
